In this post, I want to share with you my favorite steak to grill!

There are many different cuts of meat that people will use for grilling. The most popular ones include flank steaks, skirt steaks and sirloin steaks. However, I prefer a rib-eye steak the best because it holds up well on the grill and is easy to cook. Rib-eyes also have a nice marbled fat running through them which keeps them juicy while they’re cooking. It’s important not to overcook these as they’ll dry out pretty quickly on the grill so keep an eye on them as they cook!

In order for your rib-eyes to be done just right, start checking after about five minutes per side or when the juices start to rise. Let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving so all the juices are redistributed throughout. They’re perfect served with some sautéed mushrooms and creamy garlic mashed potatoes!

Flank Steak

My second best stake to grill after rib-eye stake is flank steak.

It is not my favorite stake to grill because it has bones which are very difficult to cut through if you’re cooking for your family in the backyard.

Flank stake can be grilled by pan-frying and you can enjoy it with your family or friends.

Sirloin Stake

Another good stake to grill is the sirloin stake.

I like Sirloin stake because it is very juicy. It is perfect for steak sandwich, French dip or just to eat with any protein side dishes.

Sirloin stake is not my favorite steak because it becomes hard when cooked for a long time, but you can enjoy its original taste with your family or friends if you cook it right.

Skirt Steak

My last best stake to grill is skirt steak. I choose this because it has a lot of collagen in it, which means when cooking you can cut it against the grain and still have a nice texture.

Skirt steak is not my favorite steak because it tends to be chewy when overcooked, but if you grill it right, your guests will enjoy the meat on the stick!

A piece of steak once cooked will not be too hard to chew, and very crunchy. The reason why I love this stake is because it tastes good when cooked.
